I got an 09 2.5s with 33k miles on it. Already working on getting new brakes and tires, and want to go ahead and do anything else I should while I have the funds.

I have a membership account with amsoil, and plan to switch to their fully synthetic oil like I did with my frontier, and thought about going with their antifreeze too. I don't know much about their antifreeze though, and not sure if its worth the money for it. What's the best recommended antifreeze for the 2.5? Winters get down to -15F or colder sometimes around here.

Also going to do in cabin air filter, alignment, and air filter. Either a k&n or go with a SIR, but the dealer said doing so causes problems with the MAF later on. Ever hear of that?

Probably a new battery as well.

Anything else I should have done?

Batteries usually last at least 4 years or 40K miles. I would go with OEM filters because why chance it? I would also go with what ever is recommended in the service/owners manual for Antifreeze/Coolant. Just make sure its the correct type and a good brand, No Autozone or any other crappy brand.

How worn down are your tires and brakes? How hard do you drive?
