go through http://www.cipperformance.com i got a spec II clutch and spec flywheel from them for under 600 total. i think the flywheel was around 295 shipped. i weighed mine in at 11.2lbs. i havent had a chance to install them because i left for college (kinda pissed about that) so i cant tell you how they are but im sure they work amazing together since they are both spec and spec makes GREAT clutches too. get the combo if you are going to open the transmission.

This just makes me sad. I ordered a Fidanza flywheel which was supposed to go in at the same time as my swap. Unfortunately I got shipped an SR20DE flywheel, instead of a DET flywheel. So, now I still have the stock flywheel.

Whatever you do make sure that flywheel is not warped at all. I had one sold to me that was, but lucky for me i had package insurance, destroyed it and got the money back. Those alum flys warp pretty easy.

lightweight flywheels have less rotating mass making it spin faster to rev faster. also will increase your handleing fromt he reduction in intertia from what i hear. ill let u know in two months once my car is running again and a 5spd with a fidzana flywheel and spec clutch
