1. EVERYBODY is putting V8s in 240s. Therefore, this is now considered doing the same thing as everyone else.s13k1d wrote:think about it if everyone did the same thing would cars be any fun or unique?
oh, now that just sounds lovelyleesredgt wrote: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mqbNffyIpbE
partially right everyone is swapping chevy small blocks into them. and really theres farrr less v8 swaps then say sr or rb going on. ive seen one v8 swap in person so on forums not so rare, but in person and around his area yes it probably is. and as for distasteful its 2010 what isnt anymore? its all opinion and mine is, if done right could be nice. now id prolly leave it efi and stay away from carb. but thats only because ive only messed with efi, except one car and hated it. but again its all opinion.S13Teddy wrote:

So now that it's 2010 it's acceptable to be distasteful?s13k1d wrote:as for distasteful its 2010 what isnt anymore?
If done right in a Mustang, it could be nice. Everyone seems to forget that they bought a NISSAN. If you want the power/torque specs of a muscle car soooo bad, then go buy a muscle car! Stop ruining these cars with your atrocious lack of culture.s13k1d wrote:if done right could be nice.

...Have you ever thought that drifting is making America better?? Instead of America making drifting worse. I'm sorry but I don't think you would be having all this fun drifting if it didn't make it to America in the first place. You're bringing a Skyline into America so does that mean that the moment it crosses the border it becomes worse? Sorry to threadjack...S13Teddy wrote:Because America is amazingly good at ruining everything it touches.
Look at drifting. It was awesome here in 2003. 2004. And now it's absolutely horrible.
