300zx Z32 Intermittent High Idle

Hi everyone new member, I have been using the forum for years to diagnose my Z with all the helpful information. This time I can’t seem to find anything specific on my issue so decided I’d join..I have a 1993 NA which I have been having troubles with for months now. After smashing my heading for some time and replacing all 6 injectors, fuel regulator, fuel damper, all fuel hoses the engine bay, fuel filter, spark plugs, o2 sensors, z1 silicone hose kit, cleaned IACV and replaced gasket, new MAF, brand new z1 wiring harness..I have finally got it running (obviously) and damn good too. My issue is when I start it off a cold start it idles down to about 800 rpm and all is good. Not until about 20 minutes into my drive whenever I come to a stop the idle will stay around 2k and sometimes come back to normal if I rev it. The problem is getting worse and won’t always go back to normal from revving it, idling around 2k at a stop but everything else is good. Checked fuel pressure all is good, did a boost leak test and found a small leak out of dip stick tube but I figure that is unrelated..and Input is appreciated
