300zx z32 drive train issues????????

My z is actin up, I installed the 6 puck z1 clutch about a yr ago, my car is my daily driver, and ive had few issues. but today out of nowhere my clutch pedal started feeling spongyish (springy feeling) upon me releasing the pedal I'n first from a stop, this problem became increasingly worse then leveled off to every time I take off from a dead stop. ( so I figured my slave or master cylinder!) But then as I continued driving all my gears became extremely hard to put In gear like all my syncros were going out at once. The problem is now constant it is really hard to put I'n to gear when moving, but my clutch pedal seems fine when at a stop. Then 3rd and 4th are now periodically grinding when I engage them like my clutch is Bo engaging. 1st and 2nd do not grind when engaging, is my transmission done! Or could it b my fluid which I changed 10k miles ago???? Lease help!!!! My clutch seems to be doing it's job besides takin off I'n 1st when the pedal feels harsh??????

It's kind of hard to understand your problem...is your master cylinder full? Check for leaks around there, and at the slave cylinder. The master can leak inside also, and you won't be able to tell by looking at it.
