300zx woodruff key

How do I install the woodruff key or align it with the crank pulley?...do I just push the woodruff key all the way in and then the crank pulley?thanks

Stick the woodruff key in the groove on the crank and then slide the pulley on and tighten it up with the bolt or gently tap it back on, if you do it that way I would avoid metal to metal contact.

I used a wood block and a hammer. Moved to tech.
