hmmm. well sounds like a fuel issue, as if the pump is shutting off for some reason, I've seen pumps fail that would come on and prime the lines but once they build pressure they shut down, also the MAF is what tells the fuel pump to come on and stay on, measure voltage at the fp connector, while someone cranks it over and wait till ti does, if the voltage stays constant as it does it' most likely a bad pump, if the voltage fails then it does then it's most likely the MAF, could also still be the ecu but I've seen far more failed maf's than ecu's
