300zx wont start after TT swap URGENT

hey guys i just did a twin turbo swap and im fairly certain that everything is hooked up correctly but for some reason the injectors wont fire, i dont think its the ECU because i hooked up my NA one and the injectors sill didnt fire. Also i used anther CAS and spun it and the injectors didnt fire, there is fuel pressure and the regulator and dappener are ok. i am at witts end and need help solving my problem. PLEASE HELP!

Is fuel actually getting to the fuel rail? More info especially on where you got your motor from? If its a jdm motor
