first of all, I believe the fronts are the only issue with the 300zx wheels.

the question is what tires with what spacers? 245/45s? are they even possible at all? is 225/45 the maximum?
I know i need spacers. I want to know WHAT SIZE SPACERS!?! I do not think 5mm will work. I dont even think 10 mm will work.
according to the wheel offset calculator, 15 mm spacers will make the wheels extend 3 mm deeper, relative to s14 se wheels (which I have on another S13 with kyb agx+tein stechs and, am using as a reference). I think that is about the minimum I would need.
I know there must be other people on this board, most of whom probably wont read this specific board, who have this or a similar setup (maybe even with 245s).
what size spacers did you use? did you have to roll the fender with said spacers?
yes, a thread with the same name has been posted. yes it contains SOME of the information I need. yes there are something like 4 other threads that discuss this same subject. Unfortunately every thread on this subject will have someone ask or answer the important questions in just enough of an offhand or incomplete way to make their question or answer useless. yes, SRSmith's posts were useful, but did not answer my question.

I remember fitting that wheel to the front of my car and it fit with coilovers.. barely.. not a happy fit at all.. but I don't remember what I posted. I even forget the tire size, but i remember the brand. How dumb.

Right now I have my old s14 se sitting on the front (205/45) and the 300zx N/A wheels sitting on the back (245/45). the s14 wheels clear the KYB AGX shocks I have (slightly tapered spring perch). I have megan coilovers in the mail right now. The problem with those, I think, is that the shock mount below the spring perch takes up more space, and so you actually need a spacer to get the wheel all the way on the hub, let alone having the tire clear the spring perch.
I think I am going to wait until a set of TT wheels go on sale, put them on the back, put the N/A wheels on front with like a 10mm spacer, and still maintain a flush look with no spacers in the rear (8.5 inch wide tt w
