hey guys,i'm in need for some new wheels for my s13 since the 18s i got with the car are just hideous...i planned going s14 wheels, but i figured, why not go with z32 na wheels when they're about the same price.

mainly, i heard that the z32 wheels dont clear s13 struts, so i suppose it wouldnt clear coilovers? (ksports)

the ones im buying will have 225/50 on all 4 so i was wondering how the fitment would be.i do have 20mm/30mm spacers that the previous owner left on the car with the 18s.. which seemed as if they did rub the fenderliner, since it was all torn up.

any help would be appreciated.. i need some new wheels on my 13! 18" enkei rp02j are not the.. best looking shoes for a s13

You need to list the sizes. Don't make people search for that information to help you.

I don't remember the sizes myself, but If you post them I can tell you everything you need to know.

btw, if you are in the market for some decent sized 16s, check my sig.

Z32 NA is 16x7.5 +45mm.Going by the 'standard' of x8 +35mm, these will be 4mm closer to the strut and 16mm farther from the fender.

Given that the x8 +35 require 215/45 to fit, you'll definitely need the smaller tire on there. Even then it will be damn close if it can fit at all.

Yep. Those won't clear coilovers, even with no tire mounted.

it would clear with spacers, however, correct?even though i'd rather not have to use the spacers..sorry about not listing the size.as Iwannas15 said, they are 16x7.5 45mm for the NA wheels.

since i have 20mm and 30mm spacers.. i guess i can make it fit, but wouldnt it look like ***?

i couldnt find much pictures with z32 wheels on nico, so i'm asking around.

fronts seem like it'd work nice.. 4mm sticking out, but rears.. would stick out pretty far, eh?

So really youre asking about 7.5 +25 up front and 7.5 +15 in the rear.

Those sizes seem appropriate to me.Im running 8.5 +25 all the way around and they look great.

i see.8 +30 = sticks out a bit too much.

8 +30 sticks out too much? My 8.5 +25's barely even stick out past the fender with close to 0 camber in the back. The 225/45 tire's sidewall brings the line in perfectly with the fender.

NA Z32 wheels DO fit on S13 both strut and coilover suspension.

The wheels DO NOT rub the strut nor do they rub a coilover( i have fit this wheel to s13 shod with KYB struts, GP sports coilover, Tein coilover, and JIC coilover)

NOW, what you need to do is resist the urge to put your car on the ground. If you have your car low, but not Too low, the spring perch WILL clear the 205/55-16 tire on the NA Z32 wheel. SO CLOSE but yes, it fits.

Coilover brands use a different shape of the spring perch. Among other things to look for when buying, is the shape of the lower spring perch. If you have a tapered spring perch, you can fit more wheels and tires to your car, and keep the ride height lower, than if you have a coil with a squared edge shouldered perch.

205/55-16 is identical to OEM diameter and looks fine on the Z wheel.

i seee..well.. i just got some ksport coilovers.. i know they're low-end, but i dont plan on doing much of anything but daily driving in this car..i believe i have the square edged perch.. i'll see how it works out.i have spacers handy so if it doesnt work directly on the hub, i'll put some spacers..

btw.. i plan on lowering the car maybe to meet/.5" gap from top of the tire to the fender..

i'll see what happens though.. i dont even have the necessary things to install my coilovers yet

*btw* do 89-90 spindle bolts work fine on the 91+ spindles?i see they're a bit shorter.. but seems like it'll tighten up well.. and it is going to be 80-90ft/lbs..
