Ok, I have a 300zx N/A VLSD that I want to put in my S13. I have been reading everything I can and searching all I can but I still haveny found the answer to a few questions. First of all, This is a picture of the VLSD I have... http://www.nissaninfiniticlub....=6499I need to know what to put in those holes that mount it to the frame im guessing. Someone told me I have to pay $160 for rubber bushings or someting from Nissan, and someone else told me that since the LSD in teh S13 is mounted on solid metal it dosent need them, all I need are some big washers or something. Someone help with this..I realy wanna get this thing in ASAP. I also understand that I need output shafts from a 1995 and older Infiniti J30.. What other Output Shafts will work for this?? any?? and where are the best placs to get these? I know this is long guys but please bear with me. Thanks very much in advance. Mav

EDIT: Sorry, now the pic went away....Click the link to see the VLSD

I'm not real sure about the axles you could/should use. Obviously NA 300zx axles would work w/ the diff itself, but I dont know about with your car. It works with an s14, but since yours is an s13, you might have to get j30 axles. I dont know man, good luck.

You can use the old bushings from your old diff. You can also mill down your non vlsd yokes to make them work in that VLSD diff.

In order to use the z32 n/a differential in a S13 you will need the bolts to hold the front of the differential to the frame. You will also need to get some washers to cover the rubber bushings that the z32 used on that front mount. You need to switch the rear covers. As far as the axles go, the cheapest route is to get some pre1995 j30 axles. The z32 shafts will not work without welding. If you have any other questions call me at 770-616-6379 as I don't check the boards much. I actually have this setup in my car.
