300ZX VLSD leaking from Mounting Stud

I just got my 91 300ZX NA VLSD, so I unpackage it and take a look at it. Everything seems normal so I stand it up and walk to the back yard when I come back I set it down and I notice a puddle of fluid. I take a look to see where it is coming from and one of the mounting studs look to be slightly bent! Is there any way that I can fix this? Thank you.

drain it and have a welding shop bent the stud back straight and touch up the weld arround the base of the stud.

I am going stand it back up right now because I was told that it might be coming from the vent cylinder on top of the housing. We'll see what happens. Thank you for the help.
