im wondering if you can take the stock re circ valves on a z32 tt and remove the hose recirculating into the intake to make it a bov? is this possible/ok? (of course I have to block the hole)

No, it would cause a leak, spring is not strong enough to close it completely.

If you want a BOV, just buy one.
