I think Ive heard of a T25/manifold combo that uses the stock SR downpipe. Dont remember who made it, but assuming the VG T25 and SR T25 are the same, it should work for you

I'd be wary, will it may have the same flange, the turbo is designed to have quick spool on effectively a 1.5 liter engine. If you're really set on a T25, maybe look at the SR one?

The T3 from an older Z is the turbo you should use, the newer twin turbo Z's are much to small for a 2.4 liter motor.

z32 is way too small, its actually a T22 (which technically is just a variant of a T25).The downpipes are different also, some of the Z32 turbos use a different flange...in general its just not the best idea.

Alright, so I guess the T-25 isn't a good idea from the z32. I don't want to go with a big turbo, just looking to get a little "pep in the step" so thats why I was looking at the T25. Are you saying its too small all together or just that the T25 from the z32 isn't going to be good. Should I look into a T25 or T28 from an SR? Sorry for all the questions...nooB :/

T3 from a pre 88 Z31 like WD said will give you pep while not killing your top end and can be had very cheaply.

Ive heard of people running SR T25/T28, but I personally wouldnt try anything smaller than the T3 from a Z31 (84-88?). The earlier ones were watercooled.
