300zx tt wont start due to anti theft?

my uncle just bought a 91 300zxtt last sunday.when i wentto start it up yesterday,it woudnt start. i wont even turn over. i notices everytime i turned the ignition over the security light would keep flashing.the guy only have us one key to the car.is there a extra key that you have rub over a sensor or something? i can here the fuel pump turn on and i check all the fuses and they are good.

if its a manual you can push start it.

the starter relay is a very common problem for those cars. its inside the drivers fender. i think i remember that you have to remove the back half of the fender liner to get to it. its blue and has two connectors with two wires each on the bottom of it. its a special relay just for starters and they go bad all the time. try whacking it while trying to start the vehicle. if that does it you need a new one.
