300ZX TT ticking sound!! Transmission!!! HELP~!!

Hello Everybody
When I start the car, I heard tick tick tick tick ticking sound bottom of engine-transmission. but most likely at the transmission.
when i drive, i dont hear the sound but when it stop i heard ticking sound.
anybody knows??

Probably a small exhaust leak. Sometimes small exhaust leaks can sound like an engine ticking.. If you slightly vary the RPMs, does the tick increase with engine speed?
