300zx TT stalling after revving

Hi all,
When I rev the engine, it falls to 0 rpm or almost before going up again.
- injectors are new
- mafs are new but generic not oem. I compared the values in Conzult and there are slight differences. I don't think they are the culprit though.
- put a lot of wd40 in the air regulator and AAC
- tested the PCV valves, they are not blocked
- o2 sensors seem ok according to conzult
- I switched the fuel control unit with a surely working one taken from another Z
- no vacuum leak, checked by pushing air in the intake. Pressure stays strong.
- TPS is correctly set

A part from that the car runs perfectly fine. Idle is correct. Any idea ?

Is the IACV set correctly?
Does it do the same thing with the AC on?
