FOR SALE: 1991 300ZX TT Eng, manual transmission and JDM turbos, 102,300 miles $1,750. Heads were redone to include full timing belt service, however timing belt shredded after 1,500 miles. The engine was fully maintained up to the timing belt incident e.g.; 4 Coils replaced (#1 & #2 92,202 mi) (#3 & #5 93,601 mi); 6 injectors replaced (#2 92,202 mi) (#3 & #5 93,601mi) (#6 94,579 mi) #1 & #4 101,129 mi) additionally less than ½ quart added between oil changes. So has a leakdown been done to confirm no internal damage? That's a hefty ask for an engine that may require a rebuild.

A leak down test has not been done and I take your point re: asking price for motor that may require a rebuild. I will update the post with a lower price.

When did the TB fail/shred? at idle or driving?

At idle possibly OK

Driving or anything other than idle, guarantee needs rebuild (ie just a paper weight or core value at most)

Asking $1500 is not too bad for a Manual transmission and used turbos.
