300zx TT boost gauge pinned at 0psi

Hey, i own a TTZ that im currently tryin to sell, but tonight my boost gauge just stopped working, i tried 300zxclub but there forums suck and they wont reply lol.....ive read a lil on it and i found a vacuum hose that is disconnected that I think they are talking about....when i turn the car off it goes to -14psi but when i start the car it just goes to 0psi and stays....can i get a diagram on where this hose is suppose to connect or anything else that could casue this problem....thanks!
