300zx transmission Running Hot

Hi, New to the forum here, but I was told to come here and ask my question.

Basically what-a-happen was...

I tore up my clutch and went to go replace it. Did so, and when i took it for a test run, the transmission got so hot, I couldn't touch it with out getting burned. It was hotter then the exhuast to give you and idea.

That link can basically show you whats the symptoms are. I though it might be missing spreader springs, but I was told it could be something else. Any ideas?
