I went to check on my timing today and I noticed that the arrow that point towards the degrees doesn't move. What's wrong?

Are you talking about the crank pulley or the CAS?

So you mean the slot on the crank pulley doesn't move when it's idling?

That shouldn't happen. The whole crankshaft pulley should rotate while the engine is running or none of the belts would turn. It's possible that the part with the notch in it has actually sheared from the rest of the pulley and is just sitting there while the rest of the pulley rotates. If that's the case, you need a new crankshaft pulley
