I have a 90 300 rear end it needs a rebuild, and i figured if i was going to do that i should try to find some different gears to make it take off faster. Any idea where i could find some?

is it a rear end from the NA or TT? that makes a difference. If you got one from the NA, you won't have to 'cause if I remember correctly, the NA's gearing is the same as the 240. The TT, however, is geared taller, and I THINK (read not sure) that the final gears are interchangeable.

is this going to be a street car? Like I mentioned earlier, the final drives on the 240 and the 300Z are the same gearing. On the freeway, your tach probably reads about 3000rpm. Do you really want it to be higher? If your goals have nothing to do with the street, then there are shops around that make different final drives for that series differential. Give me a little while to find out who makes these.
