hello nico members! ok here is my story. i basically did a complete 1995 300zx brake swap on my 1997 nissan 240sx (30mm), rear ebrake assembly (not done yet), and a 1" 1/16 master cylinder swap. When i first completed the swap, i had no pedal at all! and this was with the original 240 master cylinder, in my mind i thought it could be the master since i uprgraded from four pistons all the way around to twelve ! so i got me a used 1" master cylinder from a 95 300zx, bleed the master & brakes, and there was not air in the system! it shot out all crazy when bleeding it. i go back in the car, the car is off, pump up the pedal and it seemed fine, i turn the car on.... brake pedal hit the floor . so i did some research on the "1 and 1/16 master from a 1991 300zx and people assumed it was a much stronger master and it was highly recommended when doing the swap. i went to my local napa and bought a brand new (not remand) 1 1/16 master cylinder. i remove the old one inch master with the bigger bore size 1 and 1/16. again i bleed the master the proper way bleed all four brakes, check for any leaks and nothing. i go back in the and the pedal feels awesome with the car off! i turn it on praying for it to work! nothing!!!!!!!!!! could any one please give some advice or tip me in what could be the problem!! THANK YOU SO MUCH !! AND SORRY FOR MAKING YOU READ SO MUCH!!

Assuming you have installed the calipers with the bleeders on top....?Sounds to me like on the vacuum is pulling on the booster you have no pressure, so there has to be air in the system.... Good luck!

Nice job! Glad I could help. I've got all the goodies to do that swap but I think I am going Q45 instead...
