Idle air control valve.
When ever our cars are cold the idle air control valve is working hard to get everything up to its normal temperature. Its constantly adjusting things so that it doesn't stall.
Things you could do:
First check the plugs on the valve make sure there is no green crud on them.
Next would be take the valve off give it a good cleaning. If that doesn't help let us know.
