300zx Serious Problem (Acceleration hesitation, battery fuse

I bought my Z friday night and drove it no problem around down.

In the morning I took it to a car wash and then drove it home.

An hour later, I attempt to drive to my dads to show him my new car, on my way I killed it (manual newbie) and it wouldn't start. It was determined that the battery fuse was blowing. I had it towed to a shop and it sat there until noon today.

At noon I picked the car up. My mechanic told me that he checked the wiring and changed the fuse to an 80amp. I drove it for 15min back to work and when I turned it off the car stayed running with guages live at 1500rpm for 5min without the keys in. I left work to drive home and it died again and this is where we are today. I have yet to diagnose whether its the same problem or not.

When I got it back today I noticed serious hesitation during acceleration.

Do you know what a turbo timer does? Do you know if you have one?? Was your e-brake pulled when your car wouldn't shut off???
