300zx Rotor,Calipers,4 Lug Drill Got A Question?

So as i was going to do a 5 lug swap i came to the realization that i could just drill the 300zx Rotor 4 lug. But here in lies my question. When I do this will I still have to take apart the back suspension seeing im using the stock hub?

i should just be able to put the back two calipers on with no problem but i was thinking what about the e-brake???

seeing its it own seperate entity will i still have to remove control arms and what not?

P.S. Also If you guys could point some good 17 4x114 rims my way that would be nice , What would be the biggest tire width you would go with this? . pics would be lovely.
