Ever wonder how many Z's were made just like yours? Now you can find out....

US Z31 VIN/MODEL/DOM Information and registry:http://www.thezregistry.com/cgi-bin/z31registry.pl

Select as many or as few options as you want. Keep in mind, the fewer options you select, the longer the page load time will be.

This information was extracted from the Nissan parts selection program called FAST. This is the best information I had to go on. If you find a problem with the information found, please post it here or e-mail me.

While you're there, take a few seconds to add yourself to the registry.http://www.thezregistry.com/cgi-bin/z31owner.pl

Hey AZ. I have vehicle #147487 in the Z31 registry. It's in Dayton, OH, has a little over 254,000 miles on it, and still runs. The only thing is that the color was changed to red (and a very crappy job the person before me did with that) from the brownish-gray metallic, and the interior has a brown dash and center column, and tan carpet instead of the gray/silver interior that it's supposed to have. Everything else seems to be the same.

Umm... So are you going to add it to the registry or not?

If this is a Z31 only registry, should it be moved out of the Z32 general discussion section? Thanks!

My bad - I fixed it.

Z-bum should be dropping by any moment to poop on the carpet.

Greg: You've got enough problems from those f***tards for me to worry about it right now. Just make sure you put up the thread about the Z32 registry in the stickies when you're done screwing with their tiny little heads.

Please note the registry has been given it's own URL now.

http://www.thezregistry.com/

All data should have been transferred to the new site.

Please take a moment to add yourself to the new system if you hadn't done so previously. Or, if you've made a bunch of changes and wish to have those reflected in the new system, please make those updates as well.

As always, if you are experiencing any issues with the system, please let me know.

See that little option called "VEHICLE STATUS"? It has a couple options there for you to choose from:

A question, is it possible to edit the details of a Z I put in the registry? One car that was undergoing restoration turned into a parts car pretty quickly.

Make a new entry. This keeps a history of the VIN. Only the most recent information will appear in the search results window.

I just added mine, it was in the old z31.com registry but didn't seem to be in this one.

The old Z31.com registry was full of garbage. People couldn't copy the VIN from their car to a piece of paper to the registry properly. I tried to import the data, but it was so bad that only about one in ten entries was complete enough to add any data.

The new registry has been online for over a decade now.

Hi everyone, I just bought a 1985 300ZX needs some work but I'm going to fix it up and use it as a show car. It's the non turbo with the digital dash. Needs a fuel pump and apparently I thought I had it but the guy at a salvage yard in Tucson sold me the sending unit not the pump. Now I hope that I can get my money back for it since it was the wrong part.

Nevermind. After waiting to see if there was a response, I looked at the registry myself. It only lists 300zx for the Z31 type, which is not what my Z31 is.
