I searched and this thread popped up. I need to know this right now. I keep 4 lug and still can have z32 e-brake? Someone clarify this please.Tekkon wrote:well i have z brakes up front, with kvr rotors drilled to 4 lug.. so thats not a problem and i know I can directly bolt on the rear brakes the same as the front if I wanted to, but acording to my research i would not have an e-brake...and to make the e-brake work i'd need the Z32 rear drum assembly and the e-brake cables.
i guess my question is ... could use the z32 rear assembly and somehow stay 4 lug ? any write ups?
that thread is inconclusive. it only brings you to the definitive swap page and the guy used 5 lug so he doesn't know. he started out w/ 5 lug.94_240sx wrote:I've been searching and searching and found 4 lug rear z32 brake swap is doable somehow.
Yeah, that'll be awsome. It seems like many 4 people go for the front swap, but they don't do the rear. I really want to have complete swap(f/r)done for my car.
they said the exact same thing bart said above. except they told you that it can be done. Bart has actually tried to do this swap and it cannot be done w/ oem parts. you need some sort of adaptor and hopefully Bart and I can work something out. trust me if there is a way that this can be done, it will be done.94_240sx wrote:Yeah, I kinda thought that way too. How about these threads?

madcowvert and brokeas240sx claim that it can be done and not hard. I'm confused.MagikDragon wrote:that thread is inconclusive. it only brings you to the definitive swap page and the guy used 5 lug so he doesn't know. he started out w/ 5 lug.
