--can the rear disks be swaped on to the s14 and retain the parking brake? The ones I was looking at had an internal parking brake inside the rotor assembley. could the whole hub be swaped out or is there a better way?

what you'll have to do is swap the whole hub carrier over to your spindle if you want to keep your stock spindle.
