300zx rear brake conversion

In case the link does not work, I drilled down for: replacement parts, 1995 Nissan 300zx, brakes, parking brake control & front and rear cables. It does not show an illistration.

My question is, is the parking brake control the same thing as the backplate used in the rear brake conversion. If so I figure I can order those items and pick the rest up at Autozone or something. This seems like a good alternative to trying to scrounge some from a junk yard or ebay. I spent my Saturday tearing apart a buddys 300zx that sat thru the Wilma flood. It obviously didn't work, but I figured it was worth a try. I'm just fed up and want to order some new ones I know will work.
