300zx probelms

My engine light for the egr temp sensor keeps going on and off and i was wondering why.. and if a replacement how much does it usually cost?

And sometimes when i need to start slowing down, i pushed the clutch in and the brake and the car dies and it happenes when im still costing at about 40 mph. only sometime... does anyone know why?

and last my light on the gauge light turns on when i step on the brake to.. i was wondering what lights it was connected to cause all my lights around my car and inside are on and i cant seem to find the probelm..
