300zx parts on 240?

My friend has a 1990 NA 300zx with a bad motor. He found a great deal on another NA motor with low miles, and is planning on swaping that in. My question is this: What parts can I use from his old NA motor on my 95 240? Im pretty sure I can use the MAF, but are there any other parts I can use?

Only thing I can think of would be the fuel filter... not too much interchangibility (is that even a word?) between those engines.
