300ZX no power but headlights.

I have a 90 JDM 300ZX TT Slicktop Spec-V. I have zero power to anything but my headlights. Not sure if it's a bad ignition switch, something that I can't get this side of the world because the US spec is totally different from the JDM one, or a bad ignition relay. I bought a 25230-7996A relay but no one can tell me where this is located in my car or if this is even the correct ignition coil relay for my car. Should I change the blue starter relay instead? I just want this fixed. I'm at my wits end with the car and I'm either selling it, trading it or burning it. I want it out of my life. I just want to know what the issue is, how to fix it so I can get it running again and move on. Thanks for the help
