300zx MC install into s13 with a little Q ...

i installed a 300zx MC into my buddy s13...... and we took the fitting out of the old MC and put it in to the new 300zx mc but the lower part of the fitting from the s13 mc is too big..... we try to punch it in still wont go in... so we cut the bottom half off of the fitting then it fits... so we put everthing back in place....as we tighten the brake line screw in only get 1/4 of way in cause of the fitting and on top of that it leaks(put tuflon tapes still leaks).... so we took the fitting out of the 300zx MC..... then the brake line will go in all the way and no leak..... so i want to know will that cause any problems if one of the hole is missing one of the fitting nipple ? it stops great and dont seem any problem.....
