Hey ya'll I've been having problems with my car for about a year now, and been busy for the whole time so its allways work on it a little here a little there, but now I think its real close, but I can't figure out whats going on.
Heres the deal, I have a redtop in an S13, manual with a brand new #63 ecu. I also have stock injectors and a new 300ZX MAFS, and a new SAFC 2. The car WILL NOT idle. To get it to even try to idle you have to reduce the fuel to the car via the SAFC by 44%. That dosn't sound right to me. The way the MAFS is wired is the power wire is going to the E terminal, and the signal wire is going to the B terminal. With the two middle terminals being grounded. According to alldata the MAFS is wired correctly for a 300zx, but is this right for a silvia? I'm at my wits end, cause we first thought it was the ECU, and we replaced that, then we thought it was the SAFC, so we reaplaced that. In the process of replacing things I also have fixed a problem with the ECU and a bunch of vacuum leaks. If its not the MAFS I have no clue as to what it is. :help Advice?
