300zx LSD into 89 240 - questions after reading installs section

I read the installs section and did a search but I still have a couple of questions...

1. How much should this cost from a junkyard? I found one in another state for $450 shipped from PA to OK. Is this a good deal?

2. For the diff to fit I will have to remove the 300zx output shafts. Do I just take the outputshafts from my 240 and use those?

3. Is mileage something to keep in mind or do these things last forever?

I figured out the outputshaft problem. Looks like I would need to order 240 LSD output shafts at 150 bux a pop - ouch.

So now I have a new question - Does anybody know of a good salvage yard in Canada where I can get the LSD diff from?

Why not for the price just get a used 240 lsd?

Any canadian 240 has a VLSD, I can't imagine they would be THAT hard to find. Try http://www.car-part.com

Now, thats not totally true that all canadian 240s have vlsd. I was under the same impression but after asking a lot of canadians, they told me that I was wrong.
