300zx Low Oil Pressure

I have a 95 nissan 2+2 NA and the motor seized, I recently bought a jdm twin turbo engine on ebay and due to budget limits, i had to take off turbos and run a twin turbo motor NA for now until i get money for the piping and radiator and whatnot, but what can be causing the low oil pressure on the engine? It also has like a lifter tick, and it is pretty loud. The oil pan is a bit damaged by the way. Any help will be appreciated!

Replace the oil pan, it's your only option. Even an undented used one will do. PM 300ZXTTZMAN, he runs a salvage yard and may be able to help you out.
