300ZX Knuckle in a s13

I've got a quick question:

I just bought 300zx knuckles for my rear end and am planning on putting them into my 91 s13.

I've read a little bit on it, but have come into discrepancies as far as coil overs.

My question is: If I place the knuckles in my s13, will I have to use 300zx coil overs in the rear due to the mounting bracket/position?

Kind of a noob question, but I don't have time to jack up my car right now and check it all out for myself.

No, you can't use 300zx rear coilovers - length & dampening are completely different.

You need to use 240sx rear coilovers that have a 300zx mount option. A few I know off the top of my head are KTS & Megan - you have to buy the rear shock mount separately. JIC FLT-A2's should also work, but it may be harder to get the rear shock mount.
