300zx, J30, Maxima, ANY VG30DE FSM

I was wondering if someone who has a 300zx, J30, or Maxima with a VG30DE or any iteration of it and who has an FSM could look in their engine mechanical, service data section at the connecting rod part and tell me all the measurements. It would be most appreciated by some 240sx guys, thanks! Oh, and please also tell what year it is from.

FYI300z and J30 have the VG30DE(tt)

Maxima's have VQ

I think older Max's had the VQ. I thought so at least.

My car motor is a VG30E. Close nuf' if you ask me, cause the som biitch still hauls
