300zx instrument panel light won't come on

Ok this has been going on for a week or two
My instrument panel lights won't come on and my high beam light are the only lights that work it will not switch back to low and I have no clue were this problem is coming from can any one plz help need these fix hard to see how fast I am going at night

Open your fuse panels and check what fuses are blown. Next step will be your relays. All these are labeled on the fuse box covers. You do know where your fuse boxes are, right?

Check the Clearance Illumination Fuse in the cabin that is your problem. It is the 3rd fuse from the top left.
