My idle is gradually moving between about 800-900RPMs at a dead stop, is that normal?
She doesnt stall out or anything seems to run fine, just wondering about that idle shouldnt it sit at a fixed idle?

it's normal for idle to fluctuate by a small amount, but excessive fluctuation is usually due to a iacv or air regulator issues

what would you consider excessive flucatuating? and would you say 800-900 rpm idle is bad?

no, the fuel pressure regulator si called...a fuel pressure regulator, the air regulator as you might have guessed regulates.....air ;) the air regulator is on the back of the plenum the idle air hoses lead form the iacv to the air regulator then to the ballance tube
