I currently have the engine out. Is it worth it to put some headers, price wise, will there be any gains?

It's worth it if your wanting to squeeze out all that you can from an n/a. I recommend megan headers off ebay they are very well built and the cheapest, other good options if you want to pay more are amz, z1 I would stay away from stillen.

Don't mean to threadjack, but it's on topic...so what are the most noticeable things about adding headers? To explain my question- beyond the obvious extra HP gain, does it improve throttle response and overall sound as well?More?

They do make things a little louder I am told more engine noise, I added test pipes at the same time when I did mine so most new noise for me came from the test pipes. what I noticed was a little better response in the mid range of the rpm band. Honestly I would tell most people they aren't worth it unless your wanting the most out of the car and or have the engine out as they sucked to put in with the engine still in the car and I had my transmission dropped to help make them easier.
