although that was a typo, hilarity insued after I pictured you defiantly going to a jdm engine supplier and demanding a rb26 for your NA-Z at gun-point, despite being told by board members "its too risky! Too Expensive ! rage quit now!"

Yeah, I've been on here for almost 10 years, but always just been a lurker. Figured now is a good time as any to chime in on this thread.

It is up and running now, just have some kinks to work out, and then I'll get some vids up.

I am very interested to see/hear your results, because I still have potential access to some guys who do RB swaps and I wouldn't say I don't WANT it...just don't know if I have the ability to get that done right both financially and realistically.

636rwhp, 504ftlb.... Putting a "Full-Race" manifold on this spring, along with going from 3" turbo back to 4" turbo back, new cooling system, and improved flow FMIC...

First dyno tune... (since then, has been properly tuned) Also, you'll hear the "whirring" sound... the timing belt was a little too tight, but has since been replaced.

I'm pretty sure this was the exact car featured in the latest NissanSport magazine (the "Altima Acends" issue) we have laying around all over the waiting area of our service department.

anyways id have to say a 2jz swap, i like the rb but .4l more and cheaper parts, plus the sound of the 2j is heavenly, rb sounds good too but nnot like the 2j. yeah i went there....
