does the 300zx maf sensor and fuel pump make that much of a difference on a stock engine, or should i combine these with other mods in order to get max potential from them?

The only reason people use a z32 fuel filter is because they are a few dollars cheaper, there are no performance gains.

The z32 MAF is only used because the stock KA MAF can only handle a limited amount of horsepower. On a stock engine, it's not going to do anything.

not to mention that to run a z32 maf you need a retune to your ecu or a safc or a standalone...

I'm sorry - Earlier I guess I was reading fast and somehow got fuel filter out of fuel pump...

A z32 fuel pump wouldn't be needed on a stock KA, I don't see why you would need any more fuel than the stock pump is feeding your engine. Unless you want to be hidden in a big black cloud...
