300ZX Front Brake upgrade---Worth it? more powerful?

I'm wondering if anyone here has done the 300zx front brake upgrade (4 piston calipers AND cross drilled rotors/stainless steel brake lines). I'm wondering if its worth all that money to do, ie, does the car stop faster, more powerfully, and quicker when you apply the brake in normal and threshold driving conditions? My brakes have a reaaaaaaaaaly spongy, underpowered feel to them, and I'm trying to eradicate that (i don't think just pads will do it...) Give me your thoughtsMarc
