So anyways, the a/c worked fine. Now two days later today, I took the car to work and had the a/c working in the morning and felt normal cold temperature. When I finished work, I turned on my a/c and noticed that warm air was just blowing through the vents. I can hear my /ac click on when I turn the button on, but still warm air.
When I got home, I opened my hood and hooked up my gauges. My low side reading was at 20psi, while my high side reading was at 50 psi.
Then when I turned my ac off, my gauge readings didn't equalize at all.
Does this sound like I have a clogged/stuck expansion valve?
I've been doing research online and noticed that people said that they had to take their dash apart to get to it, while some said that they did it without taking apart the dash.
Reason why I didn't simply take it to the shop because it's the weekend and my old job is one hour, thirty minutes away.
Thanks to anyone that has an idea.
