Hi I have a 1990 twin turbo 300zx with the 5 speed manual transmission. After replacing all my injectors I had 2 coil pack connectors that were barely hanging on, so as I was replacing them when one of the connectors was touching the plenum while my friend started the car, it made a spark noise the car instantly died. As a result my dash lights will not turn on and windows wont roll down. The head lights, taillights and dome lights still work. I have checked through all of the fuses about 3 times now and theyre all fine. Really stumped need some assistance on this one, thanks!

Welcome.
You checked all the fuse links too, right?

I would re check all of the fuses beside the battery, driver's side engine bay behind headlight, and underneath the dash driver side with a muilti-meter set to continuity test. I've had bad fuses that didn't look burned at all before.
