I got a S13 coupe with a complete 300zx brake upgrade. It has the 300zx e-brake drum and the 240sx e-brake cables will not line up. My question is do i need to buy the left, right or both 300zx e-brake cables?

Use Z32 cables, make a custom bracket. Toss the 240SX ebrake line assemblies.
