300zx drivers help!!!!

I have a 96 300zx n/a, The car idles fine but as soon as i push the clutch in and lock it in first gear the car idles to 2 grand it will do that in every gear without touching the gas but as soon as i put it back in netural the rpms will drop and idle just fine. I replaced the tps and cleaned the connectors but it still does it. Has any one had this problem?

Does it happen if you just push down on the clutch, or do you have to move the shift lever?

When i push in the clutch it idles fine but as soon as i move the gear shift into first gear it idles up to 2 grand it will do that in all gears. But pushing in the clutch will not change the rpms only when you get it in gear

Ok. Do your back-up lamps work correctly?
