300zx dash lights, low beams, & tail lights not working

so yesterday i was driving home from my local car meet & i hit a bump, & my interior lights & low beams just shut off & my brights went on. i checked the fuses & they all seem to be okay. radio & everything else works, just not the things i listed. anyone else have or had this problem??

Sorry you haven't gotten any responses, but this is a very odd problem and first I've heard of it.
I think I'd begin with the headlight circuit due to the brights coming on and check the switch and also the bulbs themselves as perhaps one shorted somehow, or something else odd that may have occurred hitting that bump. Perhaps the headlight bucket is loose? Connector broke/twisted/??? Also, faulty stereo system wiring can be an issue with Z's and modified stereo systems, if you have done this then perhaps a run of your stereo system wiring is in order looking for a short or bad ground.
Just a little too vague to guess more than that, sorry.

So I had the same problem as u are having. Was the illumination fuse in the kick panel fuse box. Top row thrid one over i think.
